Personal auto

Hi I am looking for an auto that (hopefully) shouldn't be to hard to make. I am looking for and auto decanter for the Grand exchange. I need it to start at the western bank of the grand exchange, walk/run towards Bob Barter (Herbs) Right click and Decant bank the potions, get new ones and repeat for X amount of times. Thank you if you can make it, I would do it my self but I have no idea of how to program SCAR.

Ps, Bob doesn't move so that should make it easier.
