Quite obvious it is him. He was just banned again for posting personal information and this account becomes active and is scrolling through the Sythe.org official rules for any way out of his current ban. You would figure after being a member of this forum for 10+ years you would have familiarized yourself with the rules by now. How many chances this dude get?
