Actavas worker scammed me for my ironman bank 70m service + 300m bank with many rares

Explanation of the trade: I bought 62->72 rcing for my Ironman. Gave the 70M 07 and my acount details + bank pin after couple xp trained they stopped training and took all the tradeable stuff of my account (ironman) some of the most worth items removed: Wasted D warhammer/zamorak hasta/ring of suffering/faceguard/tormented bracelet/fury/x2 whip/tentacle whip/serpentine helm/blowpipe/trident of the swamp/25k zulrah scales/all my potions and supplies etc.

How they scammed: Removed all my gear on my account and supplies (ironman account) worth 300M

Worker has been MIA for almost 24 hours I told the customer when the time is up I will refund the services that was never started for the 70M as for the bank he has yet to provide me with valid screenshots all he could give was a 2 week old bank which I won’t refund that because he joined my discord 2 days ago.

 

Services did start since its trained 62->66 already

 

I also joined ur discord longer since the screenshots are from a service before i can provide proof of thus

 

Still will refund the full amount.

I've had a discussion with @Andy and i'm changing the ruling here.

the refund value will be 4x the amount rather than the initial base bank value. This only happens if the proof is beyond reasonable doubt:

The new amount owed is 976M + 70M for the service.

@actavas Please do not pay @Geoffreyvh directly as he owes money from his previous scams. Contact either myself or @Andy so that we can collect the refund and subtract whatever he owes.

this user has been nothing but issues hes also happily running around telling people hes buying a acc with 400m+ because hes allegedly getting 1b+ from us , i did not remove any items from his account, i have no reason to remove items from his account
