I am a new service provider interested in giving you quick, risk free, and customer friendly pest control services.

Please read my terms and conditions, I included a section about runescape membership on August 14, 2020 at 1:38pm GMT.

Prices

Novice Boat (level 40-69): 55k per point
Intermediate Boat (level 70-99): 40k per point
Advanced Boat (lvl100+): 33k per point

Regular void no helmets = 650 points
Helmet = 200 points each
Complete set including elite upgrade = 1650 points

Note: If you do not want me to train combat skills in the minigame, I will add an additional fee of 10k per point, and also 250gp/xp gained in crafting experience. We will discuss this more on discord before I begin the service.

Terms and Conditions (MUST READ)

1. I strongly suggest that you change your password before I begin the service, and after I have completed it. I am not responsible for any unwanted access onto your account during, and after, my service is completed. You are also permitted to change your password during the service, you just must inform me of the password change.
2. My services are entirely hand done by myself. It is your right to see screenshots at any point in the service while I am online. Therefore, any ban or mute that occurs during the service is not my responsibility.
3. You MUST NOT attempt to log in to the account while I am on the account doing the service. However, that being said you ARE permitted to play on the account at any time before my service is completed. You must contact me in one of the following ways: in game or directly on discord. I do not monitor my sythe account diligently while playing.
4. I am not expecting to use best in slot gear, you are also instructed to remove all valuables from your account. If you do not want to gear your account I can gear it for you. Please note that I will not be placing high value items on your account, and I will not gear your account if you request me to use only magic or only range. If I am gearing your account and you ask for access, I must first remove my items before you are given access.
5. All accounts must have a bank PIN. This is a requirement to protect both of us. I WILL NEVER ASK FOR YOUR BANK PIN.
6. If your account has 2FA I will need to be given the code on every log in. I will not permit your account to trust my device unless you specifically state that I am allowed. I will ask you whether or not you would like to provide the code on every attempt before beginning the service.
7. All runescape membership will be provided by the individual requesting the service. I will not add any days of membership to the account. If an account runs out of membership time while the service is being performed, you will be notified and service will be halted until membership is added.
8. I will give you an estimated time of completion based on my current workload, you are permitted to back out on any agreement prior to the beginning of the service. That being said, estimated times are estimates and may be completed before or after the original estimated time. These times are not deadlines. You are paying on a per point basis, so if you are unhappy with the time it takes to complete the service you are permitted to end it at any point(more details to follow).
9. I am not responsible for any HCIM deaths, lost items, or unwanted xp.
10. I am allowed to refuse any service request.
11. Our payments will be fulfilled in OSRS GP ONLY. Exactly 1/2 of the payment is due before service begins, and the remaining balance is due once service is completed.
12. IF AT ANY POINT AFTER SERVICE HAS BEGUN YOU WANT TO TERMINATE THE SERVICE YOU WILL BE REFUNDED ON A PER POINT BASIS. However, once you go over the 1/2 of the balance, you owe me on a per point basis based on the boat you chose me to fulfill your service on.

For example: You chose a service of 1000 points on the intermediate boat. Your total balance is 40m OSRS GP and owe 20m before service is started, and 20m when it is completed. If you want to terminate your service and I have completed 100 points, you will be returned 400 points worth of your first 20m payment. If you want to terminate the service and I have completed 700 points, you owe me 40k OSRS GP for every point I received after I obtained 500 (1/2 of your original order) pest control points.

Allowing me to perform the service means you agree to all of my terms and conditions listed above.

Almost all contact will be conducted on discord using the contact found in my account information. You can contact me within this thread, but do not expect an instantaneous response. I highly recommend asking for a confirmation message on sythe before beginning the service. Additionally, please confirm my unique ID found on my sythe profile.
