insane virus (polymorph dropper) need some advice.

watch the video before posting... all help is HIGHLY appreciated. i really am frustrated with this problem and need advice for good virus scan programs. i also want to know how to go to ctrl>alt>delete and then i want to know how to delete processes that are unwanted even if it tells me it is a critical process.

I THINK I FOUND THE PROBLEM... virus name (small.H)
i was searching through my programs and i found a series that seemed out of place. i looked into them and they had multiple .exe programs in their files. i am killing them off manually but hopefully the malwarebytes program i am trying out gets rid of some if i miss them.
