Surviving Penality W/ Only Saradomin Brews ???

Get a friend to punch or kick and take 2 super restores with the rest being sara brews.

Take a friend with you. About 4 sharks/tuna potatoes. And the rest filled with brews. If you don't have any prayer you don't need super restores. And only use real food when you're near dead but always try to keep your HP as high as possible.

 

First off, 60 cmb is now MED CRATER. Much harder, people with ice barrage, 99 range dbowing, 99 str ddsing...

Definitely take sweets/super energy pots.
And tuna potatoes, super restores, and brews as the usual.
Get max defence armor too.

Get some friends to get on heals(lunar) and they can heal you and have some1 box you and try to stay away from clans or anyone in mage if you see them cus if a mager see's you xfering there going to call the clan and target you

 

have a friend to box you, two people to help if someone teles, this will help you. also bring 1-2 restores and having some ice bursts might be handy. also dont let people you dont know protect u or you will always end up getting bsed..make sure you trust them and gl

 

low crater, easier to survive f2p then p2p. also sara brews fail. as the hybriders will down u easily as u cant tank. best option is super energies (4) x2, 8 brews, and rest manta's..

yea, its gonna be really hard to xfer with 1 def.
You might also want to bring some manta rays So you can manta ray to sara brew. *heals like 41* in one eat.

 

ive done a pen with a 40 def and 43 prayer account for a friend and i did it.

 

You will need help from a friend to help you avoid attackers as well as someone to punch/kick.
