Don't bother. My topic asking the same thing was deleted.

 

It's a gold selling sites with a bunch of lazy customer support, they;ve always been known for scamming, It's just suppose to be a "safer" way. Not really.

 

If you're unsure about what this forum is used for, you can contact Javen or read the sticky that he's posted.

 

I dont know why you are saying that, but I feel grateful that you can post your complain on here so now we are aware of what to improve in the future.

But what I want to say is our livechat operators are definitely not lazy, they are having really really busy work time each single day, everyday when it's peak hours, they have to talk to 15+ customers at the same time, there is no exaggeration, if you were here, you would see them sitting there all the time with their fingers typing like crazy, I worked in that department before and I 100% know the feelings, if you don't trust me I can send you a screen shot of their livechat program.
