~Whiten Your Teeth at Home~

This is for you smokers, coffee drinkers, wine drinkers and people who just don’t brush their teeth! I’m going to show you how to whiten your teeth at home using common household items! This is an old method (your mother probably knows about this!), so don’t think I'm telling you to mix random ingredients together and brush with it.

Items Needed:
- Hydrogen Peroxide


-Baking Soda


- 1 Tablespoon Measurer
- [Container to mix/B]


- Toothbrush


- Teef




[Step 1:]
I start with a tablespoon of each of the ingredients.
Mix them together with the spoon in the bowl until you get all the dry baking soda wet.

You’ll have to experiment with the amount you put in until you get something that resembles the consistency of toothpaste. It’s going to look like you just blew your load into this little bowl.


[Step 2:]
If you don’t think that you can take the taste of this mixture, then go ahead and add a dab of your normal toothpaste. The mint in the toothpaste will cover up a lot of the vile taste. (It’s actually not that bad).



[Step 3:]
Place it on your toothbrush, brush for two minutes then rinse well.



[Step 4:]
After you’re done brushing with this whitening mix, brush again with your normal toothpaste. (Trust me, you want to).

Those aren't things you want to put in your mouth

 

How much do you actually know? Because this is a trick that has been around for decades. I don't suggest doing this if you have canker sores, it will just irritate them; although if you have none, it will help to keep them away.

 

Nice guide. Although it sounds great I'm hesitant to try it. My dad is actually an oral surgeon and used to be a GP (general practitioner) in dentistry. If this technique is safe and does actually work, kudos to you. Good thing you added pictures as well because they show the members what the consistency of the substance should look like. Once I do learn more about it, and if I try the mixture, I will let you know my results.

 

Do you really want to put baking soda and hydrogen peroxide in your mouth?

They make whitening toothpaste for a reason

 

Ohhh the second interesting guide I've ever read in this section. My teeth are semi-stained from too much coffee... Need something to get back that pezzazz.

 

I would like to note that your point if vaild, however hydrogen peroxide is an extremely weak acid, and baking soda is close to harmless. I'm not advocating the use of this in any way, but with controlled use the concoction would be relatively harmless. And they do make whitening toothpaste for a very good reason.

P.S. The "at home" whitening methods involve roughly 10% concentration of Hydrogen Peroxide but are intended to be worn several hours a day for 1-2 weeks. Dentists use an extremely fast oxidizing agent.

excellent guide man. I made my teeth so yellow due to drinkign loads of Tea.

Anyway, where can i get those ingredients? Cuz i only got baking soda at home lol.

 

Hydrogen Peroxide can be found at a pharmacy, its a disinfectant. Its easy to find cuz its almost always in a brown bottle ^_^
Baking Soda you already have.
"Teef" you should have or else theres no point in using this guide.
Toothbrush, bowl, spoon are pretty easy to find.

There you go all the ingredients needed to get you whiter teeth.
