Let me explain the parties in the story.
Legends - Didn't do anything, only am making the report cause I am more familiar with sythe & English
Corby - Didn't do anything, didn't know what Spider was doing
My worker - Passed me this info to help his friend out by making this report.
Spider - Got the work from Corby
Workers Friend - Got the work from Spider

How they scammed:
Workers friend and Spider agreed to 1-99 agility on a level 3 IM. After x days during the service, they said we're charging you $10/day, and that came out to $40 out of the $70 total payment. To avoid getting screwed out of her money, workers friend attached a brand new email to the account.

My worker contacted me and said do you know who owns this account? He knew Spider got the work from someone else, so he was trying to find out who that is to return the account to and hopefully find a resolution to get paid.


He provided me with logins and asked me if I knew who the owner is, I said no.

He re explained the situation to me, he said a friend was doing a service on facebook for someone and they were not getting what was rightfully owed.

That's why I am here, making this report on Corby so he can get his account back and pay my worker the agreed upon rate hopefully..


They wanted to charge workers friend $40 out of $70 for being "late". At this time, Corby had not charged Spider for being late. Spider had just made up a charge and told workers friend it was happening.


TLDR: Workers friend got an account from Spider, who got the account from Corby (sythe user).

Spider told workers friend that they were going to get charged $40 out of $70 (the original, agreed upon rate), my workers friend attached an email to the account to avoid taking a loss. She (workers friend) made a brand new email account and registered the email. She didn't want to do it but she didn't work everyday for 3 and a half weeks to lose half her paycheck. Corby was totally unaware this was happening.

I have been hiring Spider99 for services. As he explained to me it was him/his direct family members that were doing these services. I was unaware of other users he was hiring.

On 7/3/2020 Spider asked me for an advance on a payment for an account for medical reasons. He had completed over 15 other orders for me in the past so I went against my better judgement and paid him $120 for the services in advance. [Redacted] As it turns out this account was one that he had hired through Legends it seems. Spider has told me he solved it Imgur, but I asked Legends to make a scam report as soon as he notified me of the incident. Imgur

In regards to this specific account, I offered to pay the $$ spider is quoted as failing to pay under the condition Legends make this scam report, and that accounts password be given to me after so I can sell it to recoup my losses. Now that he has made this post I have followed through with my promise to Legends and paid the debt owed. Imgur I am considering this post (for now) to be my submission for my own scam report against SPIDER99

Since being notified of this incident I canceled all pending orders with Spider until it was resolved except for 1 which he was supposed to use to refund this specific account since Legends changed the password on him. I also asked him to refund me 306m OSRS that I paid him for supplies to start and train over 50 accounts but they were never started. He has refused to provide me with a refund for the 306m gold. He told me 10 days ago to "wait a week" Imgur but since Legends is finally submitting a scam report at my request I am at this point considering myself scammed as well on both the 306m OSRS and the $120 I paid in advance for his services.

I do not come to harm anyone in this community, things that happen bro. Maybe it is not an northern part of Venezuela because we Venezuelans use our local currency, but its $$ here in Venezuela is highly valued, and at the same time it is very difficult to obtain. About the 306m I always told you to give me the great help of understanding me although you are not interested in anything of mine ok that makes sense, friend but you are a great person and it would not weigh you much to give me a couple of acc to pay your 306m I am very happy I never I refused to pay you anything.

 

Friend, what happened between you and Corby, I think it is up to you, I handed Corby over and the workers were paid, and they agreed, otherwise I would have looked for a solution, they never bothered with me and they did not know. they complained.

Spider, if site staff determine you broke the rules since I already refunded the worker I will ask I recieve reimbursement. Then we will figure out what will be done about clearing the debts owed, I will accept services on my accounts as payments owed to clear your debt, but will not be continuing my business with you after the debt is cleared.

 

Don't you think that days ago you would have told me that? : / I do not cheat Corby, I do not come to harm the community, if this did not matter to me I was not facing the problem, but here I am always.

 

You told me you would refund me the 306m in a week, you did not Imgur.

I asked you what the level of the account you were supposed to be training to refund me, you did not respond Imgur

I do not like what happened, I refunded the worker because of your greedy TOS that I was unaware of. I am now out an additional $70 because of this incident. I am hesitant to accept your offer to perform additional services to reimburse me because I did not want more people ripped off by you and your TOS.

Spider has agreed to make me 2x 99 agility and 1x 75 agility accounts as reimbursement for the $120 advance and the 306m OSRS.

However, one of them I gave him on 7/20/2020 after Legends informed me his worker changed the password due to payment failure. When I asked him about what level it was now, he told me RuneLite was loading for over an hour. Despite him telling me on 7/20 he would make the account himself, he now tells me his Uncle is working on it. Imgur I do not want any more scam reports about services he contracted out. He does not have the financial means to refund me otherwise though and I continue to be told lies about his actions. I am at a loss as to how to handle the current situation.

I need to go to bed soon I will update this in the morning. Hopefully site staff can help.

EDIT:

Its now been 1 hour 30 minutes since I requested screenshots of the stats. They still have not been provided. Instead I looked up the account on the highscores and it has 88 Agility. I am pretty sure Spider contracted my refund service out to someone else. How they are getting paid is a mystery since I will not be paying anything for it upon completion.
