IRC lounge?

Hmm, I didn't know an IRC lounge had to be specifically for SYTHE IRC. Last time I checked, most of the stuff in there had NOTHING to do with Sythe, and it really helped new IRC users. We also had the humor topic, which I loved.

If you wouldn't mind, bring it back? It's General IRC. Clean the whole section, but bring back the commands + Funny IRC thread.

I see no reason, since it is off topic, and VERY general. The sections name itself was vague. IRC lounge. As in, people in IRC can lounge. Never stated which IRC. -Or maybe I'm completely wrong- If I am wrong, sorry, but STILL! Please bring this back. I'm sure you can find something in there that will make you laugh, Richard-or Sythe, whichever. People told me to call you that. You must admit, some of it was pretty fun. And if you joined in sometimes, you'd know that theres alot of nice people in there. It's not like there was any abuse going on, and it's not like any admins would know, considering the only one in there-often- was Darren, and sometimes SMR. Ryan was in there once like 3-4 months ago. And as for banned users not being allowed? I see them doing more for the community than most of the people here. Atomic, while BANNED has found ban evaders+scammers before they can do their deeds. EternalMage went off to Basic--Bootcamp-- so he wont be here for 6 months, and Deacon is smart. I see no reason why you wouldn't let him in. He brings potential in to each and every conversation. SimmaSix? She / He-I still don't know! God damn you!- is a TROLL! and he/she is funny. I really, REALLY, disagree with your choice on this one. It was really enjoyable, where people who actually give a damn about this place chilled, to get away from the meaningless spam in the majority of the site. Seriously, I know you're smart Sythe, and you're involved in SFA. You must agree some threads there shouldn't be. And General Discussion? It's dead. Spam forum? Invaded. Black Market? Ruined.

Wow, I broke away from my point there, but it's typed, so I don't feel like erasing. My points are valid, either way.

I care for this community, and all of the people in it. The IRC was full of people the same as me. They helped clean this place, so I think you can give us the DNS back. Honestly, I see no trouble. It's no expense. Shawn pays for it. It's managed by Shawn, Darren, Verts, Shin, Darth, x9.... Etc. So even if one is unfair, someone else will certainly give them a fair chance. Darren is probably one of the most fair-tempered people here. He isn't ban happy. He wont ban without a valid reason.

As I stated, please bring back our IRC, and IRC lounge. I'm sure you're sick and tired of this random stuff from no-namers you haven't heard of, and you're probably solid on your descision on this, but if you could just bring it back... I know people would appreciate you.
