I didn't ask for a MM cause i sent the usd, i am bank funded i also showed him proof, he said there is no protection, which i know of, he had possession of the USD, as i was waiting for the stones, he said i was going to claim back, after i clearly showed him a picture of the money i sent him being filed, in which i could not take the usd back, he wanted me to claim & cancel, i would of, but he got a bit etchy, i see he's done trades, but i don't know what went wrong with my trade, probably wont use him, but, you know, not my problem.

 

Look just claim and cancel. I had the same problem but I decided to trust him.
He's legit dude, he's just taking his precautions as a seller.
