need help recovering my account:(

i get this everytime i try to make a password reset appeal but i dont have the code for it(last one got denied) and havnt made 1 since.



any1 got any ideas wot i should do?...i cant even send jagex a message about it coz i cant find any features on the runescape homepage that allow me to do that =/

(i dont think any1 is trying to hack me)

 

i belive you can go into something like customer support/membership support/send a message to jagex.

 

cant find anything in customer support that allows me to send a message to jagex :s

 

Go to Customer Support -> Billing -> Sumbit Billing Query.

Notify them, and they can help you. You have been phished/hacked. This is a teqnique used so that the owner cant get the account back until PIN is deleted adn they can x-fer the items... sucks for you mate.

looking thru customer support and the billin guery seems to be only way of contacting them but i need pass =/

 

I think you can contact jagex via customer support, ask them to help you fix the problem. Hope your account be fix soon.

 

it doesnt say where on customer support i can contact them >.<(i need a way to contact them without needing the password

Really that hard to make a new account and contact them? or are you that stupid to think of that on your own. Also contact them by email pretending to be a parent; [email protected]
