Agree with Mr Mopar this kid is a ban evader, seems to ATTEMPT capes perfectly fine but cannot actually get one to save his life. This is the second time i've heard he has lied about dying at jad OR hasn't refunded. And he never comments on it. There's proof as well which is why he doesn't lol.
