I think he's a bit confused. He thinks that it's a book, but it's not, it's a string of websites. If you click the link and read to the last few sentences of text you'll see it's some type of website advertisement site. Also, if I were you, The Rain, I wouldn't buy or subscribe to that, it looks a bit unsafe and peculiar.
