I meant you sold him the account for 40m. And as stated it wasn't by me; as stated in tos which you agreed to? did you or did you not agree to the tos? Both you and bob did. Both of you. "k whatever" "okay" both agreeing to a tos? something happens to it whilst i'm away and suddenly it's my fault yet you both agreed to a tos; in a quick af fashion too. As stated many times; tos was agreed by both parties, i cannot be held liable for the account; even under Sythe's rules of 30 days. (i did not attempt a recovery nor would i ever attempt a recovery). @BlackBlasses close this shit.

Yes i am the OO of the account in question. BUT and i'll only say this one more time.

BOTH GGP AND BOB AGREED TO THE TOS THAT THE OO CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY RECOVERY/BANS ON THE ACCOUNT.

you're basically stating if you sold someone an account but resold it on; you can always hold the first person liable when in reality you can't. There's many parties involved in this situation and quite frankly it's dumb to ASSUME the OO was the person and should refund any transactions despite tos being stated. If you didn't like the tos then why agree to it? @Bob Labium @GimmieGoldPls. My case is closed. Thanks for your time. no tos was agreed upon prior to me purchasing the acc, you added a tos when i tried to resell the acc and you cannot just add that on once a purchase has been made, you should of let me know prior to me buying the acc that u would not be liable if something happened to the acc if i tried to resell it, mods pls advise

 

IF the account was hacked/locked/whatever whilst you were owner then yes. but even when you told me you were reselling i told you specifically i won't be liable with the account, then you agreed and continued to find a buyer? Don't get how thats so difficult to understand.

That's bs and i won't be at all. Upon arranging a sale; they both agreed to the terms. Plain and simple it says it multiple ways and times. Not even me who's attempted to get it back. Terms were stated to BOTH parties before the sale was even made, BOTH parties agreed to such. No refund will be issues. thanks.
