    My phone died today and had my authenticator on it how can I get my autenticator disabled until I get my new phone?

    I'm not sure if you need to fully recover your account, but that normally how you go about getting 2fa removed.

    Considering your device is currently trusted, I think you can disable 2FA without going through all of that. Go to this page, and see if you can? If not, you'll have to do what @Pikachu said, and post in the Account Recovery section.
