r2pleasent, forgot or scammed me

Well, on febuary 10th i placed an order to him for 8 million gp. As his paypal thread stated the price was 4 dollars a mill and i went first. after 2-3 days he made his first payment of roughly 2.4 million gp. He said he'd talk to me tommorow and get me my next payment. About 3-4 days later he said he was somewhere and would talk to me when he got back to his house and he never did. Today is the 13th day from when i placed my order, being the fact that he is the most trusted mills seller in sythe aswell as the rs black market community i did not feel the need to take screen shots of our transactions/ msn convos. I emailed him/Pm'd him/ messaged him fairly often and i did not recieve any responses.

I understand he is busy with far more expensive orders, but he can atleast talk back to me and say i must wait a few days for my gold but yet i get no responses. if Mods need proof i can send them the picture of the paypal activity, and i've already checked my msn friends list for imposters and none were found, i've gotten him and only him added

Just let me know r2 on your position and how we can resolve this
