Created a thread a few days back having issues creating a new account due to circumstances out of my control, and an admin by the name of "Gen" was kind enough to create me my new account and lock the thread, however a day later Im still awaiting a password reset email OR message to my discord provided with this information. Appreciate the swift action and help in creating the account, but without that password reset link, im still not able to progress forward..
