A few questions about RSBot, Scripts, break handlers.

First of, I was wondering, what is a break handler, what does it do, and should I use them?

Second question, can someone reccomend me some of the 'safer' scripts for combat, mining, woodcutting, and fishing. Also if possible could you put up attachments of the scripts or links, it would be MUCH appreaciated.

Also if there are any scripts you know no one should use in fear of being banned, please let me know.

break handler takes breaks for a certain period of time every hour or multimple times per hour.., it is a must.

And my catherby yew cutter is probably the safest free script out to date.

 

How would I be able to get ahold of or use a break handler? And would a 5-10 minute break every hour be sufficient?

Mmk, is there anyway I could get ahold of that? Also I'm looking for f2p and p2p scripts. Right now I'm currently looking for preferably f2p, but p2p will be good for me in about a week or two. Still need preferrably f2p scripts though.

I'm still looking for safest scripts in the other skills I mentioned as well as scripts I should avoid. Also is there any tricks I could use to find out myself exactly how safe a script is, other then trial and error?

 

register on rsbot.org/vb for most of the scripts.. including mine.. but mine can also be found on the rsbot script section here.. and.. there is a break handler built into rsbot.

 

Where is the break handler? ^.- I can't find it anywhere.

 

break handler is under the anti-randoms

 

Its not under.. its in the folder randoms.

When the bot is up go to: Bot>Randoms and you should see it if you scroll down

 

Btw, I have to suggest not autoing in f2p, atleast not for a long time. Its a perm banhammer if you get caught. Just macro some money on f2p and buy a pin if you need =]

 

Awesome thanks a ton for all your patience Draggin. I figured it all out and I'm learning more about the bot as I go. I just wanted to know what break handlers are, etc. because it sounds like it's important. Now I see exactly what it is/does; although I don't see why people would want to take them off? =O

 

Well some activities like fight caves (fightcaviak) you dont want to break because it messes you up.. (tells you to wait until wave is over; bot thinks you've logged out.)


Also pm or use my thread if you run into any difficulties along your road of botting.
