Ok this can be anumber of things...

The best option is to wait a few days to see if it gets worse or not...

If it becomes painful you can try ice; 10 mins on 10 mins off or 15 mins on 45 mins off...

This should also help with the swelling...

A hydrocortisone may be needed depending on what is causing the swelling...

In 3-5 days if its still bad then i would go see a doctor or even just go ask a pharmicist.

well its fine if you are 5 times a day... but id suggest to get a girlfriend.

    First Aid Help

I get blood rushes to my head almost every time I get up. When the blood rushes to my head I cant see anything for 5-10 seconds untill the "rush" has gone away. What can I do to fix this?

This really isnt 1st aid but...

I am 6'2" and I weigh 140 pounds. I want to "bulk up" but not get fat. What is the best way to do this?

Ok the head spins/blackouts can be due to alot of different things, this is too wide and too complex to discuss as i am not very familier with this... but if its regular then i would suggest you go to the doctors as soon as possible as it could be a serious condition.

And to bulk up i would suggest weight lifting...you need to build more muscle in the upper body to bulk up... but also you need to eat higher carb food like pasta and high protein food.. but the mroe you eat the mroe you have to work out for this to be affective...

if you need any more help or have any questions then justa ask

Do you have any medical background whatsoever? If you take advice from untrained people it could cause more harm than good, no matter how well intentioned the advice may be.

Head aches can mean alot of things... it could be stress, wisdom teeth, brain problems and heaps of other things and all i know about is the treatment of them wich is to take 2 penadol (Make sure your not alergic) and rest. if they are bad you can try a cold cloth on you face... this helps sooth it... but i would suggest see a doctor as there coould be many different possibilities

Look... alot of the times this can just be stress on the muscles.. but i would get it checked out.. as... your back supports your whole body.. its a delecate place.
