I purchased this acc from IAmBobcat a few months back, I paid with paypal and then I sold the acc, the new owner said the account was locked, and provided me visual proof of lock so I refunded him, I was not the oo so I felt the need to report IAmBobcat as he saids he is the oo and so he could be the only one who could have recovered the acc, hence scamming both me and the buyer who I sold the acc to https://www.sythe.org/members/bob-labium.1328756/ who received 2 emails asking for recovery

 

It is not in his possession anymore

 

Can the current owner chime in too? He saids acc was locked due to a failed recovery, as i never got any recovery info only one who could of tried is oo rven if he said he never put such info on the acc

 

I have already refunded him so me and the current owner are settled up, i just want at least if there is not enough info that oo attempted to recover that it is public knowledge that this acc is compromised

 

Just to clarify, I purchased an account from @GimmeGoldPls and he purchased it from the OO @IAmBobcat. A few days ago I received two failed attempts to recover the account to my email. Afterwards the account was locked. The only three people that new the login to the account was bobcat, gimme, and I. We both don’t care about the money involved as it was such a small quantity. More than anything, we are just looking out for the sythe community as @IAmBobcat actively sells accounts. The login was an original login and not an email login (quite random none the less, “im att4ck”), so it’s not plausible for someone to just randomly guess it. I wouldn’t waste my time notifying gimme if the account wasn’t compromised and I doubt he’d waste his time in making the report if he didn’t feel the same. Gimme and I weren’t given recovery questions, so there was no way we could even attempt to recover the account. @IAmBobcat is asking for immunity and refusing to even help in unlocking the account, because he didn’t set any sort of recovery questions, but he made the account so he knows the account creation information such as ip, internet, location, etc...this is more of a warning to everyone if nothing more.

 

IAmBobcat has said he is no longer responsible for the acc due to me selling it, but I asked @video if that was the case and he said since it was within 30 days he should still be liable, I honestly dont care about the money I spent for the acc, or the fact I refunded the current buyer, I just want it known that this acc someone, either the oo or somehow someone else tried to recover and so I would like this acc to be put on the do not buy list if I didnt provide enough evidence that oo tried to recover, as he told both me and the current owner that there were no recovery questions and so none were given to us, and clearly this is not true since someone tried to recover

during the purchase of the acc there was no mention of any specific ToS so I assume it will follow Sythes general tos, however IAmBobcat has said to the current owner he is no longer responsible wheni sold the acc later on, however he also said acc was not possible to recover and there was no recovery info on it, but this was clearly not the case. he is still within the 30 day Sythe tos, which takes precedence?

 

Hello; After selling the account as the original owner to GimmeGoldPls; he then asked me to buy the account back after 3 days of selling it due to him losing GP at the duel arena and cleaning himself.
I refused to purchase the account back as i do not play the game and do not wish for accounts to be back due to working extensive hours.
After a few days maybe a week has passed i was added to a Discord chat between GimmieGoldPls and Bob; it was to discuss the sale of my account which i had sold to GGP for 40m; Bob wished to verify i was the OO which i was. Upon the deal being struck i specifically requested both parties to understand and agree that I; IAmBobcat/Brew2 would not be liable to any recovery attempts and damages due to account NOT being sold by myself to a new owner; as they could say i'm "hacking it back" when in reality it wouldn't be me. And that's exactly what's happened. I'm not attempting a hack back or recovery; apparently according to an Inbox from these two; the account has recovery questions set which when sold to GGP was not on the account.

I understand being liable upon first sale for an account, but once an account has been passed around more times than a woman in a brothel the original seller; aka me. As described to Mr GGP and Mr Bob in the group chat on discord (which i might add they've removed me off discord lol), which they both agreed to then i cannot be held liable for dodgy dealings between those parties. I have sold 7 accounts currently with no issues from other buyers; yet when someone has sold my OO account there's a report?

Also; i'd like to add Bob is currently selling that account on his page claiming to be the OO of the account; as stated "i'm the original owner unless specified." and he has no specified. Thank you

 

FURTHER MORE; i will not be providing a refund for the account to GGP; as he agreed to the ToS of re-selling an account. Thank for your time.

 

Can i also add this "evidence" that GGP has just posted; has clearly stated my terms in the chat with Bob?

That is me agreeing with Bob about the resale of an account. That is cold solid proof they've both agreed to the ToS of the re-sale. I'd like my DNT removed and both to be placed on a DNT.

Notice GGP said "k whatever dude that's not gonna happen" agreeing to me saying "Was my responsibility on selling the account to you, now if you hack it back I can be blamed for a attack you can possibly make.. so I won’t be responsible for the account going forward" Again; i understand if Bob has been affected by this. But if recoveries are now set which non were set upon first original sale then how can i held liable?

as for the "random username of im att4ck" account was made roughly 2003/2004 which i would of placed me at 6/7 years of age and a skill is called attack.

 

I buy and sell accounts a lot and have sold far more than your 7. It’s nice to be able to say “okay I have no liability” but if you don’t want liability than don’t sell accounts. In actuality sythe has rules in place when selling accounts to protect people. All we simply asked was for an account unlock attempt and you just straight up said “nope”. You need to understand that although the account has been passed around like a “crack whore” as you mentioned it’s only had 3 owners (realistically 2 because I had very little log in time on it. You have account creation details and with what you have, that’s enough to recover the account by putting “I did not set these recoveries”. I believe @GimmeGoldPls verified with @video and was encouraged to make this report simply because of the time frame of when you sold the account to him.

 

so how can a man recover an account that doesn't know the questions set. You agreed to the terms when buying from GGP as did GGP when selling to you. Terms were stated clearly; if you weren't happy with the terms agreed upon you shouldn't of purchased the account. That said i have not attempted a recovery nor will i every attempt a recovery. Thanks.

Location; UK
ISP; BT
Previous password; given to GGP who should share with you.
Payment method; which i assume you bought members so you have it already.

I dont care about the 100 dollars i lost so even if you refund me ill let the mods take it to reimburse other people who got scammed, i only care about the fact someone tried to recover the acc and it is no longer safe, you said it was impossible for recovery when i sold the acc to bob but clearly this is not the case and false

 

Also why are u saying i bought the acc for 40m it was 100 dollars over paypal
