Hey all :D I'm tired of the stuff I usually listen to.. I'm requesting you to tell me some good death metal bands/songs that you know..
    I'm into:
    Arch Enemy
    Cradle Of Filth
    Devildriver
    Slipknot
    etc...

I like those chaotic and addicting mellodies..
    Here are some examples:

    Arch Enemy - Ravenous

    Arch Enemy - Enemy Within

    Slipknot - People = Shit

    Slipknot - The Blister Exists

    Cradle Of Filth - Mannequin

lol You're going to get so many messages from people that hate Slipknot. I like Slipknot and you should check out Opium of the People by them also, one of my favorites.

    Bands I suggest:
Bring me the Horizon-Deathcore-Songs: Black and Blue, Diamonds Aren't Forever, Rawwwrr!, Eyeless(it's a song by Slipknot but they do their version of it too).
I Killed the Prom Queen-Deathcore-Songs: 666, Sharks in Your Mouth, Homicide Documentaries.
    Mushroomhead-Metal-Songs: 12 Hundred, Solitaire Unraveling
August Burns Red-Christian Metalcore/Hardcore (Best breakdowns are from this band)Songs: Back Burner, Barbarian, Composure,

There are a lot of bands you may like and it would take too much time to list them all. I suggest that you look on Wikipedia.

Oh that solo is so fucking awesome with the wah wah effect and the sweep picking, same as the solo of Deliver us.

Let me check my music library (I will post metalcore/deathcore bands)
    All Shall Perish
All That Remains (Empty inside, great song)
    As Blood Runs Black
    As I Lay Dying
August Burns Red (Gotta love Eleventh Hour)
The Black Dahlia Murder (A Vulgar Picture)
    Caliban
    Darkest Hour
    Dead By April
    Deadlock (love the female vocals)
    Destroy The Runner
    The Devil Wears Prada
    Heaven Shall Burn
    The Human Abstract
    I Killed The Promqueen
    In Fear And Faith
In This Moment (Female Vocals/screams <3)
    Inhale Exhale
    It Dies Today
    Parkway Drive
    Still Remains
    Trivium
Walls Of Jericho (Again, female vocals)
    Winds Of Plague

    That's about it..

    PUHLEEEEESE!!

Don't ever say that again. >.>
If you don't know anything that's fine, but don't share ignorance with others.
Wikipedia is a good music database for people who don't know anything about music..
Not flaming you, but I see people say this people vomitting out thing like this every day and it starts to get annoying seeing people misleading other people, simply because they "Think" they know what they're talking about.

Don't ask others to spoonfeed you, a simple Google search - www.metal-archives.com

You won't find any damn Emo shit or Hardcore, but you WILL however find every single damn metal band known on the planet, including everything you need to know about them. You stick in the search what kind of music you want, what you want, whre you want it to come from etc. Pick a band, try it out. There's 1000's. And you'll definetly find melodic bands, which is what it seems you're referring to.

A few popular examples for some genres off the top of my head for you. so you know the genres you like and should search up.

Cradle Of Filth - Symphonic Black Metal
Dimmu Borgir - Symphonic Black Metal

Arch Enemy - Melodic Death Metal
At The Gates - Melodic Death Metal
    Dethklok - Melodic Death Metal

Lord Belial - Melodic Black Metal
    Kalmah - Melodic Black Metal
Keep of Kalessin - Melodic Black Metal

Some lesser known/some popular bands you should give a try if you like Melodic/Symphonic.

    Finntroll - Folk Metal
Tvangeste - Melodic/Symphonic Metal [Very Epic Like]
Unexpect - Avant-Garde Metal [Very theatrical]
Woods of Ypres - Melodic/Doom Metal
    Ensiferum - Melodic/Celctic/Folk Metal
Blackguard [ used to be Profugus Mortis ] -
    Primordial - Epic Black Metal
    Korpiklaani - Folk Metal

Good luck. Let me know if you like any.

If you're into some of the harder music i'd check out "Alesana" they're currently one of my favorite bands :D

    Also bands such as:

    Bring me the horizon.
    A skylit drive.
    As I lay dying.
    Norma jean <3
Maylene and the sons of disaster.
    Still remains.
    Lamb of god.
    Still remains.
    I killed the prom queen.
And flyleaf (In my opinion best female vocals i've ever heard)

Tell me what you think? ^.^

Dude.. i like a lot of those bands, but hes looking for a lot heavier stuff than A Skylit Drive, Flyleaf and Alesana. All those are just post hardcore, therefore like half as heavy as hardcore which is what he wants.

Also, lots of people who are into real heavy hardcore music think Alesana is a joke and get annoyed when people refer them to Alesana. I like Alesana but if i was into real heavy hardcore music then i can see where they are coming from.
