Cloudsword is IP banned?

Hello, my friend cloudsword messaged me on msn and told me he was having problems and he thought he was IP banned, he told me to post this for him to see if he could get something done about it.

Hello sythe. I ran into a problem, I left for close to a month on and off was in the hospital with my fiance, Anyways when i came back I noticed that I couldn't access sythe, I have used Internet Explorer and Firefox but I keep getting "Internet explorer cannot display this page" and on firefox I keep getting "Connection Interupted" I really didn't think nothing about it thought sythe was down.

I was asked to MM A trade and to Pm both user's on sythe, We'll I still could not access sythe and one of them called me a liar lol, I refused to MM the trade anyways, Then i started to ask my friends and all them said sythe was up.

So I figured that something on my side was blocking sythe, I scanned using all my anti-virus/registery scan/spyware scanned but found nothing, Then I removed all my tools, Turned my firewall off, Turned down all my internet settings but still to no advail, Even downloaded a site unblocked incase my firewall was blocking it but no luck.

Anyways I talked to darkgroove he told me he would talk to shredder but that was about 3-4 days ago and he doesn't respond to me anymore. Then I talked to tyler (Dont know his user) Claimed to be admin/mod but he doesn't respond to me after I explained my situation.

So finally out of my last hope i went to IRC, on sythe and after about 2 days saw Verts we talked for a bit she said she thought I got IP Banned so she told me to have a friend PM Sythe the username for me to see if I can get it resolved that way, But I had a friend do that yesterday and still nothing, so im having a friend post this now to hopefully get this resolved.

I think you might be blocked not banned. We'll see also try to clear you cookies.
