WTF? recovery appeal.

I was recovering one of my old skiller, this was a "Lock" appeal because i used it on 3 ips in one day... the appeal was ACCEPTED in like 2 days, but the password did not change what i desire it to be, and account is still locked. when i try to do a password recovery it says "SUBMIT A LOCK APPEAL ONLY" and when i click that, it says i have a report submitting?

ANYONE HAVE AN IDEA? WTF?>_<

 

Maybe it got re-locked? Maybe the reason it got locked in the first place ie because someone is trying to hack it, and they tried to re-recover it.

as long as ur orginal owner yo will be just fine m8 promis but if you bought ur skiller all i cna say is gf or hope u know all hte info and bought a mem

On topic, this also happened to me. In my case, they only changed my password (yeah i was hacked.) then I just recovered it back in 10 minutes, but apparently the hacker wanted it back and didn't gave up so he got it locked. then I unlocked it, next day it was locked again =S
I think in your case the hacker was succesful to hack it back from you, hence why your appeal was succesful but the password wasn't right.

Could you take a screenshot on the ''report submitting'' part though?
or did you mean that it said you already submitted a report?

 

I cannot submit a appeal now because it is already submitted, but i ONLY submitted one.

 

you could of possibly misspelled the password twice you wanted the same way twice i know that seems odd but it could happen i suggest you just recover it normal now as in lost password unless it is locked again.

Try writting to customer support.

 

i think that u either mistyped it twice, or someone else is trying to get the account, and locked it. if ur the owner of the acc and it was with you the whole time, then ull be fine. but if u baught it then ur in trouble m8 especially if u just baught it recently.

 

Someone is probably trying to hack your account.
If not, then you probably double clicked on the lock appeal. =P

It happended to me mate.
I just filled in a another one and said you accepted it but you didnt change pass.
Less than 3mins I got a response =[] try!
