50 stones, Then set up my char and he started. An hour and a half later
He claims lag, and died by Jad.

Then, I give him a second chance, I Re-Buy supplies, and he starts.
Another half an hour later he claims lag and gets hit an 89 again and dies.

He agreed to refund me if he dies, So I would like a refund, If he does refund me, do not ban him. From this point I messaged him and he has until tonight
to pay me back.

Other: He has until tonight to refund me. He owes me exactly 4.83M of a refund. 2.5M for the cape, and 2.33 for supplies.

 

After seeing his response on Fagex, he is banned.
