Crazy!

Okay... I had to make a new account on RuneScape because my old one was banned for using RSBot.

I was told I would be watched from now on when I play, well there was this guy named Azooi (A RS Player) on Tutorial Island.

Everywhere I went he watched me, and basically sat in the same spot for almost an hour when I was trying to raise all 3 of my combat skills to Level 3 against the rats.

I then walk and and he leaves up the ladder after all of that time and I never seen him since.

I think it was more like an 8 year old who was following you because he didn't know what the heck to do. Creepy player, but its impossible to break any rules in tutorial island (or you sell a name and they magicly find out)

Well yea first and for most Mods don't have time for this kind of stuff, I'm sure if it was really Jadex Following you they'd have a better method.
You should just scare him that you are planning to report him or post a thread about this on forums. Always scares newbs away
