How to get rid of a headache quick and easy

Hello there, in this guide i will be telling you how to get rid of a headache, for example :

say you were on a journey in a car for ten hours, and took no medicine for head aches, got one and then wanted to cure it fast? well i have the solution

Inbetween your eyebrow and eye, there is a small indent, if you place your finger gently into it, and press hard for around 20 seconds, you should not be having a headache for another 30 minuites or so, so you can do it over and over.

You see, the mild pain stimulates endorphins to travel to the brain, thus removing any pain, but for best results you should do it every 30 minuites until you feel no pain for an hour.

WARNING : don't be stupid and poke your eye out, do it sensibly.

lol thats stupid just stop at the next shop and buy something to help and sted of pushing down on you're eye.

 

I don't think this would be a good idea. Usually, when it comes to medecine and stuff, a temporary sollution that isn't approved will most likeley harm your body. Pushing back there can't be a very good idea, it hurts your eye, it could probably cause bad vision, which I already have anyway. Lol.

I'm not saying all this is true, these are just what I think.

Yeah this does not work at all. I press down on it all the time when I have a headache for fun but it doesn't go away.

best solution is just to sleep on it
