    Don't buy pures from them, half the time they aren't even finished..

    When I bought my pure it was at 70 strength and it needed to be 80!

    I waited 4 days and it was stuck on 78 for about 3 days....

    I told them to just give me that account so I can finish it on my own..

    You people have no balls! The thing about this company is that they are ALWAYS late with their end of the bargain, but when you threaten to file a claim, they say "plz dont 1 more day" and you say that it's fine if they give it to you the next day!

    You need to report them so they STOP doing what they're doing! How else will they learn if they just keep on saying one more day? You need to step up to the plate and just do it!

    It's killing me to see 2 people do the exact same thing when they said the exact same thing to both of you, when you bought two different products from them! Holy crap, somebody needs to take action against them for the good of the company and for the good of future customers.

    Honestly filling a claim is not better for me..

    It can take up to 15 days for me to get my refund when I do file a claim..

    This way it will take one more.

    Also I'm about to start my own runescape money/account shop so no need for usfine anyway. :D

    It's not about your money... It's about the company offering a service that they don't end up doing and they keep your money until some guy they call the manager decides to show up for work between his shift at McDonalds.

    You had a bad experience, two if I remember correctly, with this company. Yet you haven't filed a claim with them? You are unsatisfied with the service, so you should file a claim with paypal so as to stop them from doing it again. They've done it twice to you. Don't let it happen to other people.

    Eh honestly if people wanna buy from a site they should do research and that's why this topic was made...

    I was told Usfine was great but I guess I was wrong.

    There is usfine person on sythe cant remember the name but it was a girly name.

    She was pretty cool with me, she even did 25m drop party so i thought their site was legit :)

    Seriously? You aren't mad at all? You really want to just let this go?

    That's ridiculous. THEY DIDN'T DO WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD. FILE THE FREAKING CLAIM!

    Is it really that hard? You can't just be throwing out empty threats to them. They won't learn otherwise. Either that or you'd manage to ruin their reputation because THEIR SERVICE SUCKED! It's not that hard to understand!

    And I'm sure this won't be on there :D

    But really, this is my first time hearing there was a problem with that company, I did lots so business with them few years back. They did delivered like instantly and powerleveling wasn't too bad either. I'm sure it might have been some misunderstanding.

    Lol you didn't handle the situation very well. Sorry to offend you...

    People on here have no balls it seems. If you want something done you can't say please repeatedly while they tell you one more day, one more day, as somebody already said. I just figured that he would be a bit angry that they basically stole his money, sorry to offend you again...

    People here aren't very friendly when you criticize them in any way I guess.
