Usfine | Bad Service

I won't recommend Usfine to anyone here..

So far I've had about 2 problems with them and I only bought from them twice so chyea!

The first time is when I bought a pure, they had all the screenshots and stuff and then when I bought it they said our gamer isn't done with the account yet give us a day.

I waited a day and they kept telling me to wait another day so I just told them to give me the account with the current stats.

The second time was two days ago..

I bought 50m off of them and after I paid and went to live chat to them they tell me that I have to use western union....

I'm like why did you take my payment from paypal then??

Anyway, after that they begged me to use western union instead and if I did they would give me an extra 5m.

I told them no and I also told them to cancel my order and to refund my money. They said they would and I would get my money in 12 hours...

24 hours later I check my statement and they still haven't given me a refund so I asked them what's up.. I had to go through the same BS with this new lady just like I did with the lady the night before... she told me to wait 12 hours as well.. I'm going to check my statement in like an hour so I will tell you guys if they refunded me yet.

 

file a dispute with paypal.

 

I will, I'm waiting to see if they gave me my refund..

 

Don't wait.. They said 12 hours, it's been 24.

File the damn complaint now so other people don't get screwed like you did.

Wow, that website has horrible grammar. You'd think they'd have someone that can speak English design their site, not some chinese kid using Google translator.

Also, their prices are bullshit. 30 dollars for Easy tasks in Karamja diary? Are you SHITTING me? It literally takes 15 minutes to do, it's the easiest thing ever. Also, 25 dollars for a torso? 30 dollars for a level 3 account with 60 woodcutting? Ridiculous prices, imo.

well they arent to good on refunds. i used them before to train my str from 61-80 with 15m on my account and they were great. the problem for getting refunds from them is there manager is only at work like a couple times a week and he/she deals with the refunds. thats what happened to me the second time i used them. but i just got my payment switched to something else. other than that i liked em a lot and they always have live customer support.

 

To be honest, years back USfine was great, I don't use it now but long ago USfine was the only website I been using because of how fast and accurate everything was.
IDK maybe they just gone lazy or you know bad things happen ^_^

 

They could at least say that you can't use paypal for orders above 100$ or something..

 

Happens to the best of us. I say nip it at the bud. I've had major problems with that company before. Do it while you still can.

Ya, that's the only provider I use for all my gaming needs. They may not be the cheapest, but I've had over 10 orders for WoW and Runescape with them and I have been nothing less of satisfied.

Bagofelix, you both didn't handle that very appropriately.

She should have been better at customer support and had some sort of record to show that there wasn't any botting.

You shouldn't have said those things to her. It's not her fault that it got banned. You need to open the evidence provided by Jagex in your offense history. If the date on the offense was when they had the account, you have proof that they did bot, and then they will owe you a refund/account of equal skill level.
