Cookie Monster! - Stolen mills and now phishing

I just want him to resolve his paypal problems so I can have my money. If he has no intents on doing so, I consider him to be a scammer.

Ok, first of all he might be honest but he still hasn't resolved his paypal, he has taken 100 d stones and tried to remove my recovery questions! He has payed $7.5 via paypal which is 50 d stones worth, but it seems like it's being held by paypal and thus I haven't gotten any money from him.

Now that I got a freaking phishing attempt from him I've decided to post a report. I realize that his MSN acc might've been hacked, but it's still a phishing attempt, and a good one at that (he almost got me).

It says the money is "held", I think that means that PayPal has the money. Still, he hasn't done anything to resolve it.



Feel free to post your opinions, I don't know what to think. I've been scammed for way bigger amounts than this, around 200m total, but this is the first time I report anything.

EDIT: Umm wtf, now he's still buying d stones with paypal apparently?

You can find several posts where he admits to be actively buying d stones for paypal, yet I still don't have any money? If you don't ban this guy, please tell me a good reason as to why not? If he pays with paypal to others, then surely he should at least be able to pay the remaining $7.5?
