firstly go to the runescape.com n go g.e
check price of ANY zammy,sara, and guthix stuff (wepon,armour etc.)
ok if the price INCREASED then buy it for MEDIUM and sell it for HIGH
if the price of an item decreased buy it for LOW and sell it for MEDIUM

thats basicly it but i suggest you buy items(sara,zammy,guthix) that dont cost alot like maybe the helm buy it in quianitys it works best like this
