I like the design of it, actually. It builds depth to the words, but the words need a similar accent to the rest of the design, through some kind of bordering. You may consider making the text a bit darker, too, in the same colour pallet as the tan space to the left.

 

Really amazing design i must say i would add a border and change the text to a cool blue similar to the background color but enough to stand out.

 

Pretty awesome, and like Love said, try to blend the text with the sig more.

there is really no focal, so i didn't want to make the text blend to much, i have other copies with a boarder, and it looks bad.
