Records will never beat 9, the chart is showing a pretty predictable slope. Granted, people are getting faster, but not much,

10.9 is hella fast for a 14 year old, I'd need some proof to believe it. The fastest high schools around here are pulling just over 11...

Do some free running, you'd probably adapt well to it, if you have great endurance.
