Alot of people have been rumored to see invisable people noone knows what they are exactly may be glitch/mods..etc you decide i guess.

 

There are hidden jagex mods and rsa That was the big upgrade a couple of weeks ago and no one new what it was but it was so rsa and jagex mods could do more things like ip ban 24 hr ban well what ever they want .rsa ( runescape admins ) ( not as powerful as jagex admins but more powerful then mods only 6 rsa.

 

THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A HIDDEN MOD.

I think it's just someone who has gotten a random. RS must save their data to know where to send em when they complete the random. IDK just a thought.
