- I am the first owner.
- The account is more than 10 years old and has a 'username' log-in.
- The account has not been previously listed on any other site.
- Bank wealth will be around a few mil at the time of sale, almost all of it in untradables.

Terms of Service
- Seeing as I'm the first owner, I will not be responsible for any changes in the status of the account beyond the point of sale. Such changes in the status of the account would be caused by the actions of the buyer (this refers to bans and mutes beyond the point of sale).
- The sale of the account only entails you gaining permanent access to the account (as in access to the log-in and password). This is done to limit my downside as the seller.
