    Hello,

    It pains me to report @zwei siegen for scamming the amount of $1750 USD.
    I woke up to about 11 requests to recover the account as seen below:

    I confirmed now that the account is no longer registered underneath my email address.

    If anything else is needed I can provide it!

    EDIT:
    The TOS were 3 months I had a right to a full refund if anything were to happen to the account. I did not finish paying the account until May 31st, 2020. So I am well within the 3 months in the TOS based on when I finished paying for the account.

    You bought the account on the 26/2/2020 on a payment plan.

    The account has been yours since that day. The TOS doesn't get extended just because of a payment plan.
    By the logic of the TOS not starting till the final payment has been made, I would not have been responsible for the first three months of you having the account, which obviously wouldn't make any sense.

    learly stated in the image above that he never mentioned that my 3 months was over and avoided the question. Furthermore the way he worded it made me feel as though I would be covered. This is not a cut and dry case of TOS. As he had ample time to explain that to me especially when I asked 3 months after the first payment. Sythe has been way too lenient for way too long with peoples TOS and using them to fuck people over. Look at Azie(who fucked me over and ultimately got away with me) Now in any other retail environment the warranty would start when the product is completely paid for. And the fact that when I asked him on the 31st and he did not give me a direct answer and avoided the whole question in general Is argument enough to state that he had some mind to think that this could happen.

    I shouldn't have to tell you that the three months are over, I don't babysit my customers. It is your responsibility to keep track of your agreements as much as it's mine.

    Nowhere in the TOS does it state three months after the final payment, you bought it the 26/2/2020.

    You never asked if the TOS was over, you wondered what would happen if anything were to happen, and I gave a firm reply: "We would follow the TOS."

    It’s common knowledge that if something were to happen to the account prior to me finishing paying I would get a refund. That had nothing to do with me knowing that the 3 months had started. And you aren’t wrong it says nothing about when the warranty begins. However the warranty is supposed to begin after purchase date. I didn’t fully purchase it until 5/31/20. That would put us at 2 months out. It does not specify anything either way. And you could have corrected me instead you posted a generic response that avoided the scenario in total.

    Any warranty starts after purchase date. My full purchase date is 5/31/20. Stop trying to dig out of responsibility. I am very much so sick of people abusing their TOS to try and scam and steal from honest people. I am not going to take another loss. I refuse to. I will fight this until it is taken care of.

    When you purchase ANYTHING (a car, computer, etc.) on a payment plan, the warranty always begins from the date of purchase, i.e., the time the sale was made. This is common knowledge, and you should have known that the warranty period had already started the moment that the details were passed over to you. The only time things need to be clarified is when they differ from common practice.

    Saying that you are entitled to a full refund if anything happens BEFORE final payment and also saying that it does not equate to the warranty period makes absolutely no sense. If that were the case, you could extend the final payment for a substantial amount of time in order to circumvent the limited warranty period.

    I work retail and this is not always the fact. And it needs to be specified in the TOS. I did a payment plan to pay it over time. I disagree that this would be common knowledge as even at these places that may follow these guidelines it is written specifically so. I do understand your take on some of it, however when going through this it does sound as if you knew that something may happen and that is why you tip toed over the question. Obviously you aren’t going to recover it while I haven’t paid the full amount. You are going to wait until I pay the full amount hence why the warranty should and would not start until AFTER the final payment is made.

    And the lack of clarity in the initial TOS makes this pretty clear cut. Obviously I don’t have access to the account. And it has not been 3 months since the final payment(date of purchase).

    hi there sythe squad we are discussing this as a team @Tap @zwei siegen . Though the TOS is indeed in place and the warranty is over we feel the way this was handled was very poor. We will be discussing as a team what should happen here, thanks

    This is also not like regular product. This is something that can be recovered if not payed for. And obviously it would not be recovered prior to me paying the full amount. Common sense that would be a given. So with that being said that would make the 3 months starting then useless.

    I have faith the team will come to the best possible decision and will learn from past situations and resolve this. I really hope we don’t see another decision catered towards the dishonest.

    I may be willing to settle this with a partial refund. I am thinking around 1250(original payment was for 1750)

    If this is something that Zwei is interested in we can discuss that. If not I will patiently wait for your guys decision!

    Edit: This offer is a means to settle this. If you choose not to accept this offer I will insist on a full refund depending on the outcome of this report

    Just thought about this and realized. Where I work(Lowes) the warranty on an item that is purchased does not start until it’s delivered/received. They pay for it prior. If it started before they received the item then if something was wrong with it they’d be shit out of luck. We can’t be like “oh well you bought it 3 months ago so we can’t do anything even though you just received the item and were able to notice the busted parts” that’s not how it works.

    don't see any logic here to be honest. you received the 'item'. The "warranty period" for this account has been deemed past the three months by the majority of upper staff. We are still trying to come up with a resolution on the other issues of the report though.

    My point is that whereas obviously a customer can’t report the item is damaged when they don’t have it. And obviously until he receives full payment he isn’t going to scam. Regardless to if I had the information or not. I get your side but also wish you all would see it from my end. Of course he’s not gonna recover it until he milks the full amount out of me. This is my last post and I apologize for any passive aggressive comments. But I wish you all would see it from my point of view. At this rate I’ve lost a total of $4050 between two scams(not to mention other purchases where I got scammed) and I just want to see justice served.
