@Viking here is a pic of your server saying "account sales service" showing that you consider account sales as a service

 

@Viking have anything else to say about how account sales arent a service?

@Andy if you look you will see that ToS says specifically "you must inform us if you work for yourself/another service provider outside of our discord" what i messaged johan was "hey so im starting to sell blast furnace accs on sythe am i aloud to inv my customers to stamina if they wana use you guys for anything?" so he was well informed that i was working for myself. i have to get off and go to work then i will be back to provide more

 

@Andy as their ToS states i must inform them if i am also working for myself which if you see the photo attached i tell him i was doing my own thing. and even with what their ToS saying that they need to be notified so they can work around my schedule, but in actuality they are just using this so they can remove workers and keep their deposits. Also Their ToS says subject to change at any time which is an abuse of power because the ToS is an agreement between two parties that should not be able to change at all without consent of both parties so they could have changed the ToS without me even knowing also the screenshots of the ToS does not show a post date or anything so it could have very well been changed and there is no way to know because i dont have admin rights so i can see edit history or if they deleted anything and if they did change i was not notified. but all that being said i had no ill intention and didnt try to harm them or their customers but their ToS is clearly being abused so harm workers.

 

@Andy even though i dont state that i am working for my own server it is still clear that i was working for myself by telling them im starting to sell accounts on sythe and telling them i have customers.

also the managers were giving me account info and what not outside of the designated server channel which is also against their own ToS. i can provide screenshots of proof but will have to black out account details they send
