paypal help~~~~~~

I have another paypal question, only if you make sure ur answer is correct otherwise please don't post ur answer.

Is it true? Like first he claim the money on-line in paypal.com, and cancel the claim.. After that, he call paypal in phone to to claim the 2nd time, than he cancel the claim again.... So my question is can he claim the money 3rd time with paypal?

 

I don't think he can phone paypal and take the money back unless he used hic cc to pay with paypal in that case he can just call his cc provider and cancel the payment.

 

hey please don't post ur information here if you're not sure.. but i'm 100% sure people can call paypal to claim the money back (with bank fund). I can tell you don't know anything about paypal..

 

No, It's verrrry rare to see anybody claim back there money third time round.
I strongly advise you to steer clear of paypal altogether, Its just to risky if you don't know what your doing. Go for something more efficient like Western Union or if you can Mail Order.
