Mod For Music Section

I believe it deserves a Mod because someone needs to control the spam. Maybe Some of the mods could have good knowledge of music or play an instrument so they can relate to the music topics being discussed there and get along well with the people who choose to use the section. I Myself play drums and i would love to talk to other people and learn how they play, what they like ect. I hope to see if a mod does get chosen he Maintains these possible Tips to get along well with Sythe users.

I dont think its active enough for its own MOD's yet, the Globals can cope with it at the minute.

That i also agree with, and i think thats a very Reasonable idea this my friend was just a suggestion as it does not need to be thought about until later i was simply trying to get some input on if mods would be appropriate for the Section.

 

I could do it. I know i am not very trusted but i have mod experience.... I am a mod on rsunderground.com with 3000 posts. And music is my life lol

 

Sorry, this isnt a thread asking for people to say they could be a mod its just asking if people think its a good idea and getting input/support on the idea.

You could be a mod on any other Forum come here scam and go back to your old site and no one would know, thats why i don't agree with other mods coming here from different Forums.

Also Music is my life too, i practice my Drums almost every morning so ill be ready to play for our School/Major Events we have Planned if you would like to talk about Music you can Add my msn and id love to Talk. I Am more reliable when it comes to Classic/New/Pop Rock, but i can Relate to others too and would be willing to learn to have the conversation with you.

 

Onces it's more active they probably will pick a mod or two; to maintain sythe's peak performance.

 

There is no need for music mods. The section is relatively small, and we have three global mods to take care of it.

 

For now it is small, In time it will grow just as any other Section has. Music is very popular and is a part in all our lives and people will probably want to talk about it, im not disagreeing with you I am just simply saying i think soon it may grow to be bigger than expected. There was LOTS of support behind getting it to become a Section so there may be Lots of Activity in it.

 

If there's gonna be a music mod,
it should definitely be ryan. He owns.
But for now, I think the globals can handle it
until it gets really active.

 

As others have said it's not going well enough yet and or not having enough problems yet to justify it's own mod but when it does get more people and it comes time to make a mod for the section I agree it needs to have someone that has a interest in music there is no point in appointing a moderator if they have no idea of anything within the sections they control.

 

Well, the programming section is really inactive and it just got a new mod... :O

But, getting a mod is not a bad thing, but the staff would then need to find someone to do it...

 

Well i mean, i would do it since i loveeee music, but im new so i highly doubt it will happen, i understand your point of having a mod there and whatnot, I think someone should be chosen to be lucky enough to join the sythe team.

Hmmm, I could be a good candidate for it. I have a wide range of music, I am in a band so I can relate with others, and I am intelligent about it. I am not one of those people who just thinks a band or music sucks with no reasoning behind it. I know what I am talking about, I have been playing drums and music for the past 8 years of my life.

I also usually find myself in that section anyways XD, I think I would be a good candidate.

 

same for me but they don't allow people to openly ask. Regardless they would have no problem to find someone to do the job that has experience there are quite a few people I would think are eligible.

Yeah, I will just have to be quiet and try the best I can to help and be active in that section.

That is like the only section I go to on this forum anyways XD, I haven't been into RuneScape for a little bit.

 

I agree with this, Music is a part of everyones lives, whether they want to admit it or not. But then again I agree with giddy, it is not a huge section yet. Once it grows a little more I could understand why you might say it needs a mod.
