    Pen tool?
    Okay how do I use the pen tool to make like curved lines that glow? Please need help! ( whenever i use the pen tool it makes shapes no matter what...)


    Please add my msn to get into high detail so i get my youtube banner done right!

    Pen tool?
    right click the layer and go onto blending options and click outer glow.
