Price Check scammed over 1.5M, MORE than enough proof inside

Well, he PM's me and adds me on MSN. I looked over his vouches and they seem OK, so I buy 30 dragonstones on RS. He sells his 30K fire runes, and buys my dragonstones. Right after he got them he logged off RS, told me a phone number, blocked me then unblocked me just for fun, told me a PIN and before I even was able to put it in, he says "nice doing business with you good to know it works" and blocks me. He declined an OMM if he had to pay fees.

EDIT: He unblocked me, and I'm talking to him on MSN. He's constantly changing his story, he's making up excuses to cover his ass, and he's saying the pic has what he said blocked out. So now I'm gonna open up the same thing with time stamps so you can see the real messages. He didn't say anything but spaces.

EDIT II: He just used excuses for every possible thing. I sent him an XML file of the chat log with time stamp proof of ALL messages unedited in XML format still, and he made an excuse he couldn't open it. He encouraged me to upload a picture of the chat log file, so I did. He looked at it with proof he typed spaces and I didn't just edit it out, and he claimed I just Photoshopped it. I told him I'd send another picture, of my desktop with proof I don't even have Photoshop (Bought my sig a while back) and he just said I'd Photoshop THAT one too. I just told him flat out if he didn't provide some sort of proof of all his claims (The pictures were edited, the PIN was valid, he didn't block me and run off with my money, and that I actually was talking to him on MSN verifying the PIN worked), he'd have to send me reimbursement for the 1.5M RSGP I lost, or 30 days worth of RS credit which I paid for. He just kept insisting his PIN was the one that worked and I was lying (even with proof I'm not).

So I'm hoping that THAT is enough proof, and I can take pictures of every part of the conversation if you want. He just kept saying he wasn't a scammer and that he logged off as soon as I got a PIN and he said he was glad to know it worked, he was just going offline for the reason "im not staying online 2 make frends or nething".
