Explanation of the trade: I asked him to make me a barrow glove acc from 'scratch' (an account with 63 range and animal magnetism quest pack completed. He quoted me 55m and i told him ill pay him 27.5m down payment and 27.5m half way through (which we agreed was at 114 qp).
How they scammed: So i paid him the 27.5m and then the first night he said that he was gonna start working on the acc once he was back from an outing with his family. He proceeded to say that he had IRL stuff come up and he would refund me because he can't work on my account. He said he'd pay me after 1 hour but proceeded to ignore. He then today, told me that he would start working on my account soon unless i wanted a refund. I told him its fine, start working on the account. He then said okay ill just make dinner (he says he's US timezone - it's 4 pm for him at the time he said this) and he'll get to grinding. He then kept delaying so i told him just come refund me now. He's being very dodgy and is not making any positive signs of wanting to refund me the 27.5m (lol). He also changed his discord profile picture and claiming he hasn't ( Screen capture - 075336835d939a21610053cf92217e83 - Gyazo ) and is roaming sythe forums while cooking his dinner as he claims.

PS - keep in mind how he says 'just woke up ill eat something and get to it' and then a couple of minutes later he's cooking dinner lol.
