    Runescape Lite - Version 1.0
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------
I have been working on a java executable applet that can load the latest runescape client without
the need for a browser. Basically it uses a class loader to grab the client and then loads the needed
parameters such as the world, detail level, safemode and so on.

I have had many hate comments with people saying that I used the official downloadable runescape
client. These people are wrong. The jagex version is a simplified browser which loads up
http://www.runescape.com, hence the reason why it requires Internet Explorer 6 +. What
does my version need? Just Java. ;) clever huh?

This 4kb in size applet has many benefits:
    - No adverts.
    - Allows you to play runescape even if the site is blocked (e.g. at school).
    - HD and low detail.
    - Very portable, can be played without a browser which means less lagg.

    Method Client Browser
    Runescape Lite: 101mb + 0mb =101mb
    Runescape + Browser: 101mb + 140mb =241mb

This means that my simple little applet can save you 140mb of RAM.

By now you probably cannot wait to get your hands on it, well let me impress you even more
    with some pictures:

Is there any difference between this one and EURC 1.0? I'm using EURC right now so.

Alright, the source looks clean (again), so good job!

Also, this isn't the ONLY rs client you can load from your desktop. I believe Spel made RSClient which you can load from your desktop, also, but you can't download that anymore (although it still works).

Okay, thanks, I did not know about that. I also contacted JaGex and this is only legal if you are a member. Because there are no adverts present which makes it illegal if you are a non-member.

    Either way, it is because:
but tbh, Jagex doesn't care as long as we're not botting (which most of us are, anyway).

I think you misunderstood what Jagex said. They removed the video adverts that appeared on the client before you started the game, however the adverts above the client still exist.

I'm currently using EURC v1 is this just a rename? Or is there something different?

I think I might stick to EURC because it's more lightweight it doesn't have all the upper and lower bars so I think it looks cleaner and nicer...but thanks for this. Still answer my above question though. :)

Not alot of difference, I will be changing this release. so that it allows ftp full screen mode which i have done and which you can switch between without re-loading.
Usually you would need a members account to use full screen mode.

I'm still going to use EURC. Look how light weight it is! Compared to RuneScape Lite which is starting to look like SwiftKit...
