is moneybookers safer than paypal, i know that on paypal you can get scammed easily if they claim their money back, could this happen on moneybookers also?
There is almost always a chance to get scammed if you go first, but just about anything is safer than Paypal. If you are looking for a safe method, use an OMM and use WU/Mail when you have the choice. It is safer for both parties.
