Fastest way of training strength/attack?

My main is banned, So I'm making a DDS pure.

Stats I want:
70+ strength
60 attack

I have 10 strength currently, just created the account like 20 minutes ago.

Whats the fastest way to train strength/attack in F2P? Whats fastest way in P2P? If theres a huge difference, I'll make it a member right now.

Well first thing I can tell you is yeah members have a "huge" difference (more training spots, less crowds and better drops) uhh as for me I prefer botting, but remember that google is your friend, so try searching skill guides etc.
