It wont work, because they have to get at least an ammount of money for them to think they got it all.

When I hit submit the first time it opens a bunch of other submits. This is the only question I want answered... are we scamming Paypal or the sites?

That's like 10 or more years old. That's not even a glitch. It won't get fixed unless the gold sellers will check the received cash.

Torso4cash if your order is confirmed, talk with goldseller cusmtomer support, say that you have paid and you want n-millions of gold, they'll accept or deny. If you're buying cash, then check your account every 15 minutes...

Well I'm rather certain that this is against Paypal's TOS [but i'm not going to bother reading it...] and they could potentially charge you for it, I doubt anything will come up against you due to the illegality of the service you are scamming.
