How to unban or unmute an account

I have use this method on 3 accounts and it has worked on all of them I can not guarantee this will work 100% but 3/3 so far

- You must have a ban appeal open for it to work on your account
- You must have an perm muted or perm banned account it does not work on black marks or temps
- Your account you want to unmute or unban must have at least a skill in the highscores
- Your account your using this guide on must of had at least 1 funorb or runescape memberships in the past

If you broke rule 1 for spamming while pking or in clan wars, jagex took it off. Notice the other rule 1 you didn't apologize for, got denied.

Get someone legit to verify it. And I will buy it.

 

I'll verify althought I'm not very "legit" But I do have a level 112 Perm banned. :x

 

Can i verify, i have an account perm banned with over 4 bil on it. If it is unbanned i pay you with 1/4 of the money.
