He might be lowest person with 99 attack atm, but its not the lowest
99 attack 10hp = 35cb, he got prayer/range/mage to do PC.

I think he botted, you cant be patient enough to hit a 5 max till 99 attack Anyway, does anyone know how to get fast tokens? I'm 95 str and 91 attack, I wanna get 99 on both before Jagex realizes that the experience is too much. I always lose whatever team I'm on.

people thought i was kewl when i was a level 52 with a whip(my gs pure) but damn, thats hardcore

 

It seems def,attack,hp and all of those pures are truely simple to make now even though it is somewhat of an achievement it has taken away all the work which makes it not very impressive i remember back when Chelsea got 99def she spent like 4 months killing men then 2 months pcing now you can get it in like 1/2 months of soul waring 24/7.

 

This guy must have an awsome life.

thats crazy.. do you have to have a high level for the points to give more exp? like pest control? and how did he get that many points?
