If you were offering real cash I would consider having a go at making it, but personally I don't consider being a staff member (MORE responsibility, ugh) and pixel gold for a game I don't even play a decent payment.

Sorry if I sound harsh, but the world tends to work in real money in most cases. I don't know anyone who would do a decent job for what you've offered.
