selling unverified paypal account with 15 dollars

ok here is the deal....
i will give you the email adress and everything...and you can change all the info and such...all you really need to do is verify it...also the email it is used on will be given to you as well..so you have the whole thing for the paypal..

i would like to get xbox live....or microsoft points....

and i asked a guy about this and he said try to sell on here....so if it can't work out...someone let me know so i can just close it down....

but yah other than that....i can provide a screenshot stating that it has the 15.00 dollars and everything

 

Uhm, but why would someone wanna purchase a paypal account, when someone can open it themselves and add money to it.

Atleast that way, they truly are the owner of that paypal.

 

i understand but i mean that all you have to do is just get it verified?? so really you will get the 15 dollars?? and then if you get it verified?? you can buy like runescape member ship or something

 

wouldnt we get banned from having the same ip being used for 2 accounts? if its an american account and still has your address in it.. i might use it for the paypal plugin maybe not tho.. could get my original account banned..

You can have a paypal account and give it to 1000 People and it won't get banned unless its reported stolen or does illegal things on it..

if he is selling an unverified account, that you can 100% take over then it is pretty safe..As long as his info(cc & bank) arent on it

yes that is correct me and my mother went on my paypal at the same time(we didnt realise) My paypal account got banned with £110 :L

 

actually its not phised? but it if isn't safe to sell it? when i have nothing personal on it?? cause like i said its unveified?? and plus..if i was evne going to steal a paypal?? why would i steal one with only 15 dollars?? thats unverified? and there is no way to steal a paypal without the person knowing?? i can show any type or proof it is mine...cause like i said... i am giving you the email that is hooked onto so that no matter u 100% have it

the reason for the 15 dollars is because back before...a guy told me to make a paypal account and i sold him an account and he thought that i could still send money and such but he lived in a diffrent part of north america which made it difficult after he sent me the money. and i have had this for the past 6 months maybe more...

so there are no special details or anything....so its 100% safe i guess...cause i don't think they would check by ip?? cause a friend of mine who also lived in canada who moved there a while back...evne tried himself and he got on it multiple times to fix it...yet it never got banned??
